What happens to your details

Rijschool Erps (Raf Erps, KvK 42135457) processes personal data of visitors to this website. Below you'll find which data that is, what it's used for and how long it's kept.

What data

If you fill in the trial lesson form, your name, email address, phone number and any message you leave are sent to info@rijschoolerps.nl. Nothing more is asked.

What for

Solely to get in touch about your request and to arrange a trial lesson. That processing is necessary to contact you at your own request and, if it goes ahead, to enter into a lesson agreement with you. Your details are not used for advertising, and they are not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

How long

If you don't become a student, your details are deleted no later than twelve months after our last contact. If you do become a student, Rijschool Erps keeps them for as long as the lesson agreement and the statutory retention periods for the administration require.

Who processes the data

• Vercel — hosts this website and processes technical connection data in doing so.
• Resend — delivers the message from the form to the Rijschool Erps mailbox.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The visitor statistics are cookie-free and cannot be traced back to individuals. That's why there's no cookie banner either.

Your rights

You can always ask what data is held about you, have it corrected or have it deleted — unless a statutory retention period applies. Send a message to info@rijschoolerps.nl to do so. If you can't resolve it, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
